Common issues
App block not appearing
Check that the Experience is published and the Experience ID is correctly linked to the app block in your theme.
No recommendations showing
Verify that the selected collections have products and that search depth is appropriate for your catalog size.
Credit usage questions
Credits are consumed when recommendations are delivered, not when the widget opens. Check your usage dashboard for details.
Integration issues
Ensure the Experience ID Code is correctly linked to the app block and the Experience is enabled in your settings.
